SMS Terms of Service — City Edge Dental Appointment Messaging Program
Program description: City Edge Dental sends SMS text messages to patients who opt in, including appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notifications, recall/cleaning reminders, and related patient communications.

How to opt in: End users opt in when they schedule an appointment with City Edge Dental — in person, by phone, through our online booking form, or through our third-party scheduling provider NexHealth — by providing their phone number and agreeing to receive SMS appointment reminders and updates. Patients can also opt in by texting START to our practice number. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
